A Tour of Tumblewood

Periodically I'm asked to do a video tour of the shop.  Today, I have it fairly clean, so here you go.  I hope you enjoy.  Feel free to ask any questions you may have on set-up, etc.

Hi Vic. Thanks for the tour. Looks like your shop continues to evolve. So much fun!

Curse you Vic! Now I want to work on more shop projects!

Dave - thanks. I'm actually surprised how close it has stayed to the original plan. I do like the band saw in the new position. Maybe now I have room for another one?!

Erik - I can't help myself. Every time I add something new, it seems it means I need to create something to store or better organize everything.

Vic, that's awesome. Now I'm starting to think I need to just take over the whole 2 car garage instead of the 1/3rd of it that I have at the moment.

My wife curses you. :-)

oh, and I like how you have "pot" drawers right next to your collection of glues. :-)

Vic Hubbard said...

Ian - you SHOULD take the rest of the garage!! And that is "pot" as in pots and pans. You Canadians!

Officially jealous. Great tour! Btw did you notice your tour was exactly 15mins long?

Vic Hubbard said...

Charlie - Thank you. After 7 years, I would hope!

Warpedboards - Thank you and, no, I did not notice. Kinda wild. I'm sure it's a bit long.

Looks Amazing Vic and so well thought out!
What are the actual dimensions?

Thanks Chris. It gets more and more well thought out as I use it. It's 1200 square feet. As I'm approaching from the house, there is a shed addition that houses my HVAC and all the pool stuff.

You call that messy?! ; )

You sure are an organized fella. That's an incredible shop, Vic. Thank you for the tour! I liked your task lamp holder--it gives me an idea.
